4th Source Provides Scholarships and Mentoring to Yucatan’s Needy
Merida, Mexico - In cooperation with Impulso Universitario, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping young people achieve a college degree in Mexico, 4th Source, a near-shore IT sourcing and staffing company, will help two local Yucatan youth reach their dreams. 4th Source will provide a financial scholarship to individuals pursuing computer science/technology degrees.
“We are delighted to support this worthwhile effort,” says Mark Molinari, 4th Source COO. “Giving back to the community is one of our core values as an organization.” Molinari is also one of the founders of 4th Source and sees the value of working with IT professionals from Mexico. “They are highly skilled, motivated and dedicated to quality and service.”
In addition, 4th Source personnel in Mexico will also serve as mentors to the sponsored youth based on their IT and workforce experience.
