4th Source Recruits from Scholarship Program
Merida, Mexico – 4th has recently hired two recruits from the Impulso Universitario program which it supports. 4th Source not only contributes financially to the scholarship program, but also provides mentoring to the students as they navigate through the challenges of academics and career options. The two newest recruits will serve in IT and HR capacities respectively.
4th Source Mexico operations manager, Oscar Merino, says of the program, “We are fortunate to have access to this level of talent right out of college. I only wish these resources were available to me when I was in college!” The sponsorship program is just one of several corporate citizenship initiatives that 4th Source supports.
