Richard McKay - Co-Founder & President
Mr. McKay is co-founder and President. He is responsible for 4th Source’s Professional Services and Product Development.
Prior to launching 4th Source, Mr. McKay spent 15 years with Oracle Corporation where he held senior leadership positions in both consulting and product development.
He was regional vice president and general manager of two commercial regions within Oracle Consulting, and the leader of Oracle’s Energy Upstream application product development group in the late 1990′s. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. McKay was a senior associate with CACI, International. Mr. McKay holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Loyola College of Maryland.
Mark Molinari - Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Molinari is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, as well as President of 4th Source Mexico. He is responsible for 4th Source’s Business Development and Operations.
Prior to launching 4th Source, Mr. Molinari held key senior management positions with leading software and technology companies. He was vice president of North American professional services for Pegasystems, a leading provider of customer relationship management software for the financial industry. In addition, he was a regional vice president at Oracle Corporation, as well as a senior technology manager with MCI. Mr. Molinari holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Gabriel Apodaca - Senior Vice President of Professional Services
Mr. Apodaca is SVP of Professional Services for 4th Source. He has over 20 years of experience in developing, managing and marketing products, services and building operational infrastructure for start up and Fortune 500 Companies.
Prior to joining 4th Source Mr. Apodaca was EVP, Operations and Technology of Lydian Private Bank. Prior to that, Mr. Apodaca was a Senior Manager in the consulting practice of KPMG and a Senior Director for 5 years at Oracle responsible for the Southwest Region and PacRIM. Mr. Apodaca has also been the CEO of two successful technology firms, Vital Assets and Driventek Corp. Mr. Apodaca also served as the COO of RunMoney where he oversaw their unified managed accounts, separately managed accounts, money manager outsourcing and total asset management platform. He also built and managed the RunMoney broker/dealer, compliance department and ran all internal operations. He earned a bachelor of science in Computer Science from National University. He is also a certified Jonah from the AGI Goldratt Institute.
Debra Ferber - Vice President, Development
Mrs. Ferber is Vice President of Development for 4th Source and is responsible for product development and the program management office. Prior to joining 4th Source, Mrs. Ferber spent 12 years with Oracle Corporation in leadership positions with both consulting and product development. She served as senior director of technology services in the South region of Oracle’s commercial consulting group, responsible for solution delivery for clients such as AAA, Gevity HR, United Parcel Service, JM&A, Corrections Corporation of America, the US Navy, and the Tennessee Valley Authority. In addition, Mrs. Ferber led multiple product teams as part of Oracle’s Energy Upstream application development group. Mrs. Ferber holds a Master’s of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tulane University.
Oscar Merino - Vice President of Latin American Operations
Mr. Merino is the Vice President of Latin American Operations. He is responsible for the operation of the Mexico offices in Merida, Yucatan and Colima. Also the coordination with partners in Latin America (Argentina, Brasil, Costa Rica).
Prior to joining 4th Source, Mr. Merino held various management positions across both technology and education organizations in Mexico, as well as, Senior Consultant roles for international IT consulting firms. Mr. Merino holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the UPAEP University and a Masters of International Businesses Administration from the Anahuac University. He has completed the “AD-2 Executive’s Professionalization Program” at the IPADE (named the 5th best business school worldwide by the Financial Times).
