Oscar Merino
Mr. Merino is the 4th Source Mexico Director. He is responsible for the operation of the Mexico office in Merida, Yucatan.
Prior to joining 4th Source, Mr. Merino held management positions in technology and education organizations in Mexico as well as Senior Consultant roles for international IT consulting frims.
Mr. Merino holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the UPAEP University and a Masters of International Businesses Administration from the Anahuac University. He has completed the "AD-2 Executive's Professionalization Program" at the IPADE (named the 5th best business school worldwide by the Financial Times).
